Wow ! What a reception for the 10" Zerochromat - several hundred local residents came out to see the Long Island based Custer Institute's new scope on Saturday. Chuck Cardona, the president of the Institute and his colleagues cut the red ribbon , with local reporters in attendance. It was good to meet up with the designer, my old friend Peter Wise.
